CORVUSFINANCER

Security and privacy of your data.

Your company's financial information is confidential. This page summarizes how we protect it, who can see it and which providers are involved in the service.

Encryption

  • All communication with CorvusFinancer is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).
  • Bank connection tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored.
  • The database, documents and ARCA certificates are kept in storage encrypted at rest with AES-256.
  • We don't store passwords: sign-in is handled by a specialized authentication provider.
  • We don't store card data. Payments are processed by Paddle.

Who can access your data

  • Only you and the users you authorize can see your company's data, each with their own role.
  • Our team does not see your data. CorvusFinancer's internal panel only shows your company name, your plan and your users' email addresses: no transactions, amounts, invoices or documents.
  • Your accountant's access is separate, and you grant or remove it whenever you want.
  • Two-factor authentication is available for every account.
  • We don't sell or share your data with third parties.

Bank connection

The connection to your bank goes through Belvo. CorvusFinancer never sees your bank password and only has read access to balances and transactions: it cannot transfer money or act on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time.

Infrastructure and continuity

  • Cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services.
  • Target availability of 99.5% per month, with continuous monitoring.
  • Automatic database backups.
  • Periodic security audits.

Artificial intelligence

We use OpenAI models to read documents, power content search and analyze information. We do so through their business API: under its terms, OpenAI does not use that data to train its models.

Providers involved in the service

These providers process data on CorvusFinancer's behalf, only to deliver the service. Some do so outside Argentina, mainly in the United States, with the safeguards required by section 12 of Argentine Law 25,326.
